El Tribunal Supremo anuló esta semana el nombramiento de David Cierco como Director General para el Desarrollo de la Sociedad de la Información. El blog de Derecho Público de Sevach lo comenta aquí mientras que el de Sociedad en Red lo hace aquí.
Parece que hay unanimidad en reclamar que el Gobierno impulse un cambio de la LOFAGE si lo que se quiere es que no funcionarios ocupen puestos de Directores Generales.
En ningún caso debería repetirse el triste espectáculo de justificar la ocupación de estas plazas por no funcionarios en base a que es imposible encontrar, entre todos, uno cualificado para ellas.
